Your website must successfully service the needs of your current customers. For example if your customer has any difficulties or questions in their purchasing process and need to contact your company, they should be able to reach you through your website’s email or comments section. As a business, you don’t want to anger a customer through a misunderstanding or poor service, and have the customer go to your google business page and write a bad review or discuss their poor experience on social media, right?
To conclude, the four criteria that your website must hit are: 1. The website must be visually appealing as it reflects your company image; 2. The website’s code must be search engine-friendly, ensuring that your website will be able to continuously bring in new customers; 3. The website must provide a smooth customer experience and facilitate the purchasing process; 4. The website must serve the needs of your current customers well.
